"Alias" is a really fun show to watch. Shark and I have been renting the DVDs, since we have never watched it when it actually aired. It's fun. It's pure fluff, which Shark attests to because he cares more about the relationships of the people involved than he does the actual storyline.
Another reason that he says "Alias" is fluff is because, "Despite the fact that 'Alias' is about spies and 'Angel' is about vampires and demons, 'Angel' is still the more believable show."
We started renting "Angel" DVDs as well, but have since decided to just buy them. "Angel" is far superior to "Buffy" in many ways, so it just makes logical sense to buy those DVDs as well. We finished Season Three yesterday, and I'm pretty annoyed at the way the season ended. Although I think I'm going to be glad Cordy isn't around anymore; because the last half of that season, she just got extremely annoying. I can buy character growth, but I don't really like complete character transformation. That was really my only beef with that season, besides the ending making you say ;KLAJ D;LKAJ IJE RAKLWJER A;LK!
